Our little man

Yep, he made his debut this morning at 4:09. After seeing the Dr yesterday morning and contracting all day, I had Trent take me to the hopspital last night only to find that I was only dialated to 1.5 cm!!!! Oh man!!! They put me in a jacuzzi tub for an hour and everything started going as planned. I was in pure misery until I got the epidural ( which was heaven for me) Then they came to check on me at 3:30am and said that he was ready...a few pushes (along with me throwing up 5 times (sorry if that is TMI)) and he was here.

All 6 lbs 9 ozs, 20 inches of himself.

After holding him and looking at him for a few hours now, we have just decided that he looks like a Nicholas....I know it only had 2 votes, but he just looks like a little Nick (middle name yet to be determined)!!!!

We love him so much already

Baby name poll

We still don't have a baby boy name yet, so I posted a poll at the side to see what name you like best. Trent has one that he really likes and I like another one. We had a poll on his family website, but it is almost a tie between all the names, so I decided to see what everyone else thinks.

My favorites were Grant, Luke and Caleb...but Trent vetoed all of them.

Waiting...and hoping

I had Bailey at 37 weeks, and I was REALLY hoping this next would be about the same. Plus my doctor had some concerns and also thought that the baby would be early. 37 weeks has now passed...and nothing. I guess I will just have to wait it out a little longer...

My baby girl is 2!!!!

I can't believe that Bailey turned 2 today! Time just has been flying the last few years. We just had a small party and went to Chuck E Cheese with her. She also got a Little Mermaid bike and a yummy icecream cake from Dairy Queen!

When you tell her to smile, she smiles while closing her eyes!

Her favorite ride

Yummy Pizza

She loves bikes and likes to try them every time she sees one in a store or at someone's house. She finally got her own!

And for those of you wondering what job Trent got, it is at a place called Data One where he is working with computers and backing up people's information. He starts on Monday and is excited about it!

Lots of fun

So, the snow stuck for about a day, then it completly disappeared. I'm glad I got a few pictures because it melts so fast. Here is a picture of the house and the church.

My mom and I decided to have a little fun by trying to make creative cupcakes for an Enrichment night. We made these butterflys from chocolate and put them on top of a chocolate cupcake. After the first couple we made, started to get the hang of it and some turned out pretty cute. The next one we will try will be horse cupcakes for Bailey.

Trent starts a new job on Monday, so we have been trying to sneak in as much family time as possible. Today we went downtown to the park and the Boise Zoo, which was small but was really nice.
