We celebrated New Years Eve without the kids this year. It was the first time since Bailey was born that we went out for new years eve. Matt and Brandy invited us to an 80's dance at westwood Bar and grill. We had a fun night out, but were tired and ready for sleep when we got home.
An evening with family, friends, food and fun! Merry Christmas everyone!!!!! We celebrated the Birth of Christ and had the kids act out the nativity. It has been a tradition of ours the last 5 years and everyone loves it. We are grateful for our amazing family and friends and the memories we make with them.
These turkeys turned 5 today! Longest and hardest 5 years of our lives, but we made it! They have destroyed nearly every piece of furniture we own, put hersheys syrup all over the living room, painted the seats in Trents car, put black slime on the carpet, orbeez all over the bathroom, painted nail polish all over the bathroom cabinets and mirrors, given each other hair cuts and used to take off their diapers then pee their crib, like every single night...so we had to duct tape them on. And, this is just the tip of the iceberg with these two ;) They are fiercely loyal to each other and like to do things together, but they fight like cats and dogs. We love them so much and are happy they are in our family (although 2 years apart would have been a little nicer😁.) Happy 5th birthday to Madison and Jackson!!!! #5yearsold #twinsarehard #wemadeit
It's been a busy weekend starting with a birthday party for Madison and Jackson, going to Santa's workshop today and ending with Maddie's dance recital. So much fun, but now it's time to turn on a Christmas movie and relax!
