Today was Bailey's second soccer game. We signed her up through the Parks and rec to play soccer with the 3-5 year olds. On Saturday mornings, they practice 30 minutes, then play against another team for 30 minutes. The little kids are so cute running around not sure which way to kick the ball or exactly what to do. Bailey would stand with her hands in her pockets just looking around until we would tell her to run after the ball.
Bailey and Nick waiting for everyone to arriveBailey running after the ball. She scored a goal this game and one last game too!
Team meeting
The Green Machines
After the game, Bailey had a princess birthday party to attend that she has been looking forward to all week!

A wonderful Easter weekend
We had wonderful weather today in the Treasure Valley. It was nice and sunny and warm. We had a great Easter weekend filled with Egg hunts, A ward Breakfast, egg dying, a perfect ham dinner and of course church filled with lessons on the Savior.
A few pictures from the eventful weekend
Bailey, Nick and their friend Lexi at our early morning ward breakfast and egg hunt.
Nick enjoying dying Easter eggs for the first time
Bailey woke up first and is waiting by her basket
Family Easter egg hunt in the back yard. The kids enjoyed this one the best because the eggs were actually hidden and they loved finding them!
Even Bentley was enjoying himself in the nice warm sun! Do you see the egg behind him?
Here are their Easter pictures ( I wish I had remembered to take some before church this morning, oh well....)

YMCA vegetable garden
This month I was in charge of the preschool field trip. I decided to ask the YMCA if we could come and learn something about nutrition and being healthy. They taught the kids about eating healthy and then let them help plant seeds in the YMCA garden. The vegetables from the garden will be used to help feed local families who are in need.
