WE have been watching my moms dog Charlie while they are in Califdornia. Maddie and Jackson both love the dogs (but the dogs don't love them quite as much.) Maddie saw the dogs sleeping on the couch and just had to join in.....She wuvs her doggies

Christmas Eve

Since we are in our new house, I wanted to host Christmas Eve this year. My parents, Matt and his family, Matt's father in law Aaron, and our good friends, the Belnaps, joined us for our tradition of enchiladas, games and of course, Santa! We had such a fun evening filled with lots of laughter and good food.

It snowed quite a bit this morning so we will finally have a white Christmas!!! It is so pretty so I had to get a picture with the kids on the porch with the snow

There were so many kids, we were able to act out the nativity

Even Madison and Bentley had a blast! Now to bed so Santa can come!

 

new addition

We have a new little addition to our household. Yes, that little black kitty , Boo. My brothers wife, who lives in California, was taking a walk and saw this tiny black kitten by the side of the road. She was covered in fleas and completely malnourished. She rescued the poor kitty and got her clean and fattened up, then asked if we would want her....well the kids have been begging for one so I gave in (and Trent still says we cant have a cat :))  and she now has a nice, comfortable in Idaho!
